Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 medium zucchini
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add ice if needed to thicken smoothie to desired consistency. Drink in a glass or pour in a bowl and use desired toppings.
