Raspberry Mango Smoothie

I am so happy that summer is near and some of my favorite fruits are in season (and on sale!). Raspberries are full of antioxidants that help fight off disease and mangos are a good source of vitamin C and potassium. There is also a veggie hidden in here, cauliflower! This is a great blend of foods to add to your morning or even as an afternoon snack.

Servings: 1


1/2 cup fresh mango, diced

1 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1 cup Soy milk


Blend all ingredients thoroughly until smooth and serve.
